PythonMOO is basically a virtual world, where you can build a home, as well as socialise with others.
If you are wondering what the 'MOO' bit means, then a MOO (MUD Object Oriented) allows users to create a virtual world with a variety of objects and manipulate those objects with commands, as well as write enabling verbs and code.
